Last lesson was a three hour one so gave us time as a group to all be together and see how the film was getting on. We watched the film over and over correcting any mistakes we could spot so that the film flowed smoothly throughout. We then saw that once again whilst filming another group was in the background with their camera on show which looked really weird in the back of our shot. We had to then tell our teacher who at first said that there was no filming allowed on this day as it was almost the day of the deadline. After talking to her and explaining that we only had one shot to do which would only take a second to film she said we were allowed but I decided to do some more editing before we went to film. I swapped all the clips around that needed to be changed and arranged the voice over to fit the video.
Rachel, Harrison and I then went downstairs to the hall to quickly shoot the last clip we needed. I was not wearing the same cardigan and when filming so had to find someone with a black cardigan to borrrow and wear in the film. I found a stranger who was kind enough to do this. After this we went back upstair into the editing suit so I cold fit the clip in.
I then asked the group of the final choice of music to go in the background to the film. They told me their final choice was the song we had all originally agreed on 'your a psychopath'. I then went to sound cloud and found the song to download it and transport it onto final cut pro where we all listened to how it sounded. The whole group agreed that it didn't sound right in the background and didn't create the mood we wanted for our film. We listened to it again and realised we all agreed that the opening to the song was good and wanted that in the film. Rachel asked me to cut the beginning and replay it over throughout the film. I was able to do this but it was hard to match the parts up but in the end it was done.
